Ive been doing business with jrs for years quality service and very reasonable ive had srveral cars done there and not a problem

we had a lot of problems staying at our shop to do things . but will continue to try to improve, have replaced and hired more employee's to take better care of my customers. thank you and hope we can show you better service one day.

So...I made an appt. to get my truck's windows tinted. I called around, and other places outside of Lockhart weren't really much less than JR's Auto Tinting here locally. Since I like to spend my money in town if I can and it's feasible, I made an appt. for this afternoon.



When we arrived, I realized it was the place just across from where the Farmer's Market is held every Sat. The same place where someone ran out and literally cussed my husband and I out for him parking on the street next to them one Sat so that I could, with a sprained ankle, hobble over to pick up my order from a local farmer. I was gonna be gone 5 minutes TOPS. That made me think twice, but then when the guys from JR's all walked out, and asked my husband, "What do you want?!?" (not "How can I help you?"!!!) I thought....Oh no!



Then when we told them we had an appt. to get my truck windows tinted, their response? "Oh, yeah. Just park it over there and throw the keys on the floor. We'll get to it later." WHAT?!? My husband asked, "Do you know what we want?" Their answer? "No. You can come back later." Uh NO. We will not be leaving the keys or the truck and we SURE WON'T be coming back later. 3 strikes and JR'S AUTO TINTING OF LOCKHART IS OUT! :-P You have been warned - if you choose to do business with these rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional people, do so at your own risk!!! Customer service is CLEARLY not their priority, and I can only wonder what their job quality is like with an attitude like that.

I had contacted Jr several times about tinting my home windows, with measuments. The man never called me back. I guess he does not need my business or has different agendas?

I made an appt with this company and they didn't show up. When I called, after getting a sitter and going to work 2.5 hrs early so I could meet them, he said he dropped the ball and hadn't ordered the glass. I said you have really screwed me over here and he didn't apologize or anything just hung up on me for "cussing" and refused to answer my calls after that. Incredibly rude, unbusinesslike, and all around terrible person. Do not give this man any of your business.

Terrible service. This is not a legitimate business; it is a guy that drives around in a van. He quoted me an amount and charged me another. He became aggressive. I will never do business with this thug again.
