You know how they say people would rather pay a little more for a memorable experience and quality service? Well... as a customer who books with Ken's for equipment transportation services frequently....... I'm of the opinion that this place charges you a little bit **less** for absolutely top-tier service....

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ken's Towing! The driver who transported my car to the body shop was a professional in every sense of the word, and was personable to the degree that it felt like I was talking to an old friend. Prices seemed more than fair considering the competition.

Worst customer service and worst scamming business model ever! Unknowingly endorsed by the Columbus PD...
Tow the car to one of their lots.
Call the sassiest lady on the phones to coordinate pickup.
Cash only.
Must call and work within the window of the next available contracted employee who can get out to open the lot.
If towing is needed, must coordinate that driver's schedule with the schedule of the contract employee.
Only open during business hours.
Charge $18 / day storage if this isn't already difficult enough.
Make it as hard as possible on the front end, then charge 'em as hard as possible on the back end. That's a great business philosophy.
Way to Ken's, you get my award for the business that makes me feel ashamed today. Congratulations.
