Tucker's Encap did a fantastic job on our carpeting. The non toxic cleaners that they used both worked effectively to remove ground in dirt while making it safe for my family. I was so glad this method did not leave my carpets soaking wet as this new technology of encap draws the dirt up, encapsulates it, and removes it instead of using harsh solvents and tons of water. Living in a humid climate, I know where there is tons of water, mold can have a chance to grow. It made me feel great knowing that I did not have to worry about mold forming. I was left completely satisfied with the friendly service and attention to every detail. Thank you, Tucker's Encap for taking such good care of us and our flooring!!!!
