This place should be shut down...

This place should be shut down! I made an appointment and waited 40 minutes to see Johna. Made another appointment (like a fool) and showed up on time only to be told I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes! Unbeleivably unprofessional! Oh, and they only accept cash??!! Who does that these days? Overcrowded dump!
