Did the entire office do this? No! Site the Agent. Don't just blame the whole Office.

We had a bid accepted from HUD and all the paper work in. And HUD sent the agent an email and they ignored the email and we lost the house. The house sold a week later for $5000 more. This was after we looked at many, many houses.



We had to do all the work. The agent only called to get the appt. He would always be late and we would be out front trying to wave him down as he passed by the house once or sometimes twice. He also would not send us new home listings, we had to look up all the houses ourselves.
