Never let these people in your home. We are still paying for repairs to the bathroom these hacks put in. Plumbing bills for a pipe capped using caulk plus a hole in my wall and a ruined rug or only a few of many many issues we have had. The owner denies any responsibility. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I am sorry you feel that things where not satisfactory. I came out to your home on the 1st apt. on a Tuesday evening. According to our records we never had a friday apt. Also when we set the apt for the taylor location I do not recall any issues with childcare or I would've suggested a daytime weekend meeting.( I have a small child also who I did not get to see that evening as I was spending it with yourselves) I apologize for not having a qoute prepared for you when you walked in the door but that is virtually impossible. The reason for you to come into the showroom is so that you may choose from 100's of products and look at our "free" design. (our taylor location has 22,000 feet of storage, production, and showroom space).Once you have done that then we can price the bathroom with the products you have chose. When you folks left my office you both seemed very happy with the price. I also tried to contact you and never received a phone call back after we met. I am sorry if i embarrassed you when I approached you at the builders show asking if the was a reason we havent heard back from you. Again I am sorry that you feel that your time has been wasted. Do not let these people waste your time. They have no respect for you or your time. I received a flyer from them in the mail and called and made an appointment for them to come out to my house and give me an estimate on remodeling my bathroom. My husband and I both rushed to get home from work in time to meet with them. This was a Friday. NO ONE SHOWED UP.

I called on Monday to find out what happened. They put "Jeff", a manager, on the phone with me. He was apologetic, and said if I was still willing to meet with him personally, we would get a better deal because no one would get commission. This sounded good to me, so I booked another appointment. He showed up on time, was a nice guy, looked at our bathroom and scheduled an appointment for us to meet him at their Livonia location (close to our home) two weeks later to get the quote. He called me the day before and said he would not be able to meet me in Livonia, but asked if we could come out to their Taylor location. I let him know it was not convenient because I have a 2 year old that I need to feed dinner as soon as we get home from work, and driving to Taylor would be tough because of that, and because our toddler goes to bed at 8. He again said he would give us a better deal, for all the inconvenience. We agreed to meet in Taylor. We meet in his office for almost 2 hours, which was a surprise to us because we thought he would have some our quote prepared before we showed up. I thought he would have to plug in numbers for the costs of the finishes we chose at the meeting. While he's plugging in numbers on his calculator, he asks my husband what he does for a living...which I'm sure is factored into the price of our job. He then gives us a quote that is higher than other quotes we received. He asks what we think of the price, we politely let him know we received cheaper quotes. He calls an "owner" on the phone and knocks $1,000 off of the price, but tells us we need to act fast because when the owner gives a discount, it's the final price. We contacted him within 24 hour via cell phone 2 times and Jeff did not bother to call us back. We even ran into him at the home and garden show in Novi the next day. He said he got my messages, apologized and said he was busy with the home show, but would call us the next day. I foolishly believed him. Still no word from him. I tried him one last time a week later. Still nothing. Don't waste your time with these people. They have wasted HOURS of my time and don't even have the courtesy of calling me back, sending me a text, or even an email.
