From the estimate to completion the employees were professional, punctual, respectful and accommodating. They do quality work.

John gave us a detailed estimate and outlined our options clearly. The crew arrived on time, and discussed what the installation entailed. They were very efficient and flexible, suggesting changes to improve the water flow away from the foundation.

In short, John was straight with us and the crew did an excellent job with the installation, all at a fair price. Five stars.

I called all of the local gutter places to get the best deal. I left a message at all of them because they don't answer their phone, and they also don't call back. Great Lakes Gutter not only answered their phone but they scheduled an appointment for the free estimate within days of the call. The person who came out was very professional, prompt, and gave advice on size and the guard. He didn't push me toward the most expensive because I didn't need it. The guys came out a few days later for the install. Prompt, finished quickly, very friendly, and had very nice things to say about the company and how much they like working for them. I would definitely recommend Great Lakes Gutter 100%

I purchased seamless aluminum gutters along with gutter guards. They came on time and had the whole job completed in just over two hours, even though it was only 10 degrees outside! They made sure to clean everything up and cleaned all the crap off my porch awnings as well. Very professional and friendly, and they gave me a free hose attachment to spray off my gutter guards when needed. My house looks so much better and for a great price as well!

Johnny arrived at our home answered all our questions and gave us a fair quote. We knew from our first

meeting with Johnny, that this was the company for us. We called and set up a installation date Wednesday, January 21, 2015 but we had to reschedule because of snow. On Friday, January 23rd, Ron and the crew arrived ready to work. These guys operate like a precision drill team. Ladders up, Gutters off. These guys replaced rotted boards, redirected the new gutter system for better drainage away from the house. They even repaired a small hole near my roof. All this in 5 hours, including clean-up.

I had this company to my house to install gutters after a new roof .. as my old gutters had 2 seams and I had a drip drip going on at one seam and thought we would get the ones with no seams ..The front gutters are just fine .. But the back gutter they installed with the drip edge behind the gutter so I have a flood of water between the house and the gutter when it rains .. I have been trying to get this resolved with the company for over 2 months now .. I will gladly up date this review when this is resolved ... The lady that answers the phone said the owner was coming out after the 24th to look at it being he was deer hunting .. I called today as I gave it another week .. I got NO answer so I left a message ..

I obtained three estimates for replacement gutters on my Ferndale bungalow. The quote from Johnny ended up in the middle. I went with Great Lakes because of their incredible service and attention to detail. Johnny came out and made some great recommendations. The crew was nice and I love the final results. I can't say enough about how professional this company is compared to most others I came across in this line of work.

They replaced all gutters and added gutters to detached garage using heaver gauge aluminum and a up sized 6" gutter on one section of the house that handled a large volume of water that I requested .I also requested this from other companies and was either denied or charged 20 to 30% for upgrade Great lakes did the work and beat the other companies prices by 30 to 50%

Very pleased with this company! Estimate was done promptly, they even gave me cost for multiple options. Estimate cost was under the others I received and these guys were more professional. They were able to work around my schedule to get the work done.The day of the job, they arrived 30min. early. The work took about 2 1/2 hours to complete (they had estimated about 2 hours). My gutters were quite gross, they hadn't been cleaned in some time. Afterward they cleaned everything up nicely and had me \view the work to be sure I was happy with it. Everything looks great and works great. Very happy, would use these guys again.

My contact was John Laurie. He came out and discussed the appropriate configuration for my house and discussed the various options. He discussed the color variation that I had with my home and offered suggestions. His pricing was very fair. His service was fabulous. He delivered on time with no surprises!!!!!! Now, that is a surprise! The installation staff was professional and very accommodating.

Excellent work. They provided a good estimate, and they stuck to it. We made a few modifications from estimate to the actual project which was handled no problem. A very good crew who listened to me and responded well. Plus they provided an Angie's List discount, so that also helped. I will definitely use them again if need arises.

GLG installed copper gutters around our home to include two rain chains. I received several quotes from other companies and GLG was the most reasonable. There references were very positive and they offered pictures and address of other copper jobs that they had installed. I dealt with Johnny, he was wonderful. Johnny was very accomoodating, helpful and responded to and answered all my questions. The crew also was great! Everyone was polite, professional, efficient and cleaned up around my home. I love my gutters and am happy that I went with this company!

I highly recommend Great Lakes Gutter. I initially worked with Morgan, who came to our house to give me an estimate. It should be said that GLG was the ONLY company of the three or four I called that did not inquire about my husband's availability, and that was happy to work with me alone. Morgan, who came to give me an estimate, was also the ONLY sales rep to actually show me his product, and to discuss with me the different options before coming up with a price. He was great, as were the crew who came to do the installation. GLG doesn't subcontract out their installation work, but instead uses their own installers. The installers were professional, courteous, cleaned up every bit of their mess, and were a pleasure to work with. They also water-tested the gutters (with our hose) before they left to be sure that the gutters were properly pitched. All in all, I was extremely impressed with their work from start to finish.

I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME WAS VERY REASONABLE. I ALSO REALLY LIKED THE FACT THE THEY WERE AVAILABLE WHEN I NEEDED AND WANTED THEM TO DO THE JOB.

We had an area on our gutter that was leaking quite a lot.They came out on time, cleaned out our gutter, told us the problem, gave us a price to fix it while they were here, fixed where it was leaking and re-angled the gutter for a better flow. With all the rain we have been having, we have not had it leak! Great job, easy to work with, job well done and reasonably priced, too.

Very Professional. John was great and his price was even better. I also liked that they had a perfect BBB rating.
