I am writing this to proclaim that I have found the Nirvana of pharmacies in Farmington Drug and Medical Supplies (20434 Farmington Rd, Livonia MI 48152)!

Let me say that I have been a patron of CVS and CVS mail order, CVS - Silverscript (mail order), Rite Aid, Henry Ford Hospital pharmacies, Pharmacy Advantage (Henry Ford's mail order), and a number of other various pharmacies; but not one of them can match Farmington Drug and Medical Supplies! What is the difference, what makes Farmington Drug so superior? I can sum it up in one word: Chris, the owner, operator and head pharmacist!

In this world today, too many are single-mindedly in pursuit of the almighty dollar. They lose sight of common decency and concern for others. Chris at Farmington Drug embodies all of the finest qualities mankind possesses. As he himself told me, he makes good money. More importantly, however, he does it without sacrificing compassion, friendliness, professionalism and just plain old good natured and humble customer service! He makes me feel like I am special or like I'm his only client.

He makes my life so much easier with his automatic refills, free home delivery and his personal assurance that service with a smile will also include flawless handling of all my medication needs. I am prescribed 14 different medications, but I no longer have to remember when to order what nor, as I have no car, how to get those meds to my home.

This staff and pharmacy is incredibly professional. If your insurance company won't pay for the medication they go out of their way to help with coupons, discounts and reasonable pricing. They are courteous, very fast and definitely put the customer first. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled. They are a credit to the community and a great example for others pharmacies to follow. Thank you, Mr. Davis

Best pharmacy ever! Caring, compassionate...fast fast fast service..I five 22 miles just to use this pharmacy! Never experienced anything like this! I recommended this pharmacy to anyone needing a pharmacy or medical supply. Hands down the best service.

I cant say enough.. Customer service is dead these days so I am shocked to find this extremely high level of genuine concern and service. Im uninsured and can barely afford even half my meds but they have worked with me and done everything in their power to help and im only making it through because i found this place.
