DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME!!!

This company snuck $700 worth of small electronics out of our house, and when asked about them, they denied having them. This is called misappropriation.

We got conned by this franchise.

We have been lied to, cheated, deceived, OVERBILLED, and suffered damages.

Kimberly H. at ERS states...

Our experience has shown us that after a disaster, some items are not cost effective to restore because their restoration cost would exceed their replacement value. By making this determination quickly and on-site, our technicians can help customers like you get the most value from your insurance policy.

And I say total B.S. Tom Foolery!!!!   Gobbledegook!!!

ERS charged double to triple the replacement costs on many items and I can document this.
Furthermore, this local franchise told me that their "costs to restore" were based on the total value of the items that they "heard" my stuff was worth. Read that again.

$35 to clean a $10 transistor radio?
$40 to clean a brand new sealed $40 set of headphones?
$265 to "restore" a receiver worth about $100, and then was returned with tons of dust and human hair on top of it?

And the main guy, the supervisor appeared to be a nutcase, who got down on his hands and knees begging and saying "what do you want from me, I'm sorry. I'm sorry",  and then invited us to sue him.

His behavior was NOT NORMAL~~

Here's what the B.B.B. says about ERS....

"The Better Business Bureau has made two attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint. We regret to inform you that we have not received a response at this time and this case has now been closed as an UNANSWERED complaint in their file. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond.  You may wish to contact your Attorney General or like agency."

THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO THE B.B.B.

Avoid ERS like the plague!!
