I brought my Sammy(110lb) Rott to the bow wow and had nothing but an awesome experience! My boy previously had to be muzzled by our vet to get his nails trimmed. Not here! They took their time with him. He was led up the stairs and I got to stand back with him to keep him calm and he remained so. The groomer was so gentle. I asked if they could squeeze him in for a bath after having such a great experience with the nail trim and they did! Sammy was back 3.5hrs later smelling wonderful! And he was a happy boy :)
Prices are reasonable. I will be back Bow wow!

Been taking my Bichon there for over a year and only five star experiences. These folks know what they are doing and are reasonable and super friendly.

They did an amazing job grooming my princess. For sure bringing her back there

I have been bringing my dogs here for years and have never had a problem. My dogs always look good and the prices are very competitive. I am very confident that the groomers treat my dogs gently and have recommended the Dog's Bow Wow to many friends. They all became regular customers. My friend's dog always had to be muzzled at the groomers until she brought the dog to the Bow Wow. Somehow, at the Bow Wow, her dog does not feel anxious and is not aggressive. No muzzle is needed and my friend is very happy about this. I have a hard time believing the complaints of the previous reviews.

Please Avoid. Took my dog there for grooming on Friday, April 19th, 2013. When I went to pick up my dog 2.5 hours later, I was informed that they had taken her out, and she had gotten away. She has not been seen since.



My dog did in fact come home on her own. The groomer has been friendly and is covering vet bills.

Im not here to rate the business. I just want to ask if this dog has a tracking chip attached to it or some kind of chip to identify the dog ??
