Sending out a BIG THANK YOU to Bill and Rod’s Appliance! Wednesday of this week, they delivered 3 new kitchen appliances to our home.

Jason and Anthony, the Delivery & Install Team did an AWESOME JOB! They arrived exactly on time for delivery. They introduced themselves, were polite, professional, efficient and answered all of our questions throughout the job.

They disconnected the electrical, water, and drains for the old appliances and removed them with no mess or damage to the house.
They delivered and expertly installed the new appliances to the electrical, water, and drains.

When the installation was complete, they went over the startup, operation and even the proper cleaning & maintenance for each appliance. They also went over the manufacturers’ Warranties and Registration Paperwork with us. Finally, they cleaned up and hauled away all of the packaging debris.

Jason and Anthony were a pleasure to work with and they made our experience with Bill and Rod’s Appliance GREAT. Thank you gentlemen!

WE had warranty service performed on our Maytag washing machine. The technician found the problem immediately. He scheduled a return repair visit the next week. When he returned he brought the failed part and another related part because, " I've seen that when this bearing goes (Our failed part) that this related part usually goes within a year. By then you'd be out of warranty so I think it best to replace it now.".

How's that for pre-emptive service !!!

Mark Henderson was very helpful to purchase our microwave. He answered all our questions and was very friendly.
