Not good. Highest price by far. I will never use them again. Had to have chlorinator replaced after 1.5 seasons.. pressure venting out top of unit. B$B service calls never rectified the problem. Flow stickers THEY installed, only highlight the fact that water is directed under pressure to inlet AND outlet of chlorinator... Nice job.

B & B Pools built a pool for me in 2013 and I have had nothing but problems with it. Terrible grout work, valves put on incorrectly, stained pool bottom, pump and valve issues, etc. If you don't use them for their way over-priced weekly/annual maintenance, they won't support you at all. Thankfully, I have a great pool service that has been able to support me but there are some things (like the stained pool surface) that they can do nothing about. If you are thinking about using B&B Pools, I would be very careful because they are not a well run company.

B and B Pools built me a negative edge pool that most pool companys in michigan would not even attempt. The quality of the work speaks for itself. I would highly recomend this company for maintainance as well as installation.
