Very unhappy with the service I received earlier this week. The staff was nice and offered me a $10 off coupon on my oil change. I was planning to drive out of state so I asked them to do an all over check of my car. Especially my tires because I couldn't find when I last got new ones. They said everything was fine and just charged me for the oil change. Halfway to my destination my front passenger tire blew to shreds. I was in a construction zone with no shoulders so I had to drive on my shredded tire and rim to the next exit before I could put on my spare. Very dangerous situation. This is what I wanted to avoid and why I had A to Z check out my tires before my trip. I drove on my spare for about 9 miles to get to a place to get a new tire. They said my tires were from 2010 (it's 2016 now). They said my tread was fine but my side walls were terribly dry rotted. I went ahead and got a new set of all 4 tires. I would have done this at A to Z if they had managed to find the damage.
