Overton County Cable is the worst internet service provider I have ever had to experience. Overton County generally only has two options outside the city limits, one being Twin Lakes which now has fiber optic options. We are paying over $100 a month for cable and internet and paying for 4 mbps download - which is not that good in the first place. At this moment, we are only getting 0.3 mbps download and the same upload. We have called multiple times and asked, "What am I paying for?" which ALWAYS seems to help, well, for a solid 3 or 4 days it helps and then it's back to less than a 500 kbps. When it takes 3 hours to download a simple program like Apple's Pages (used for typing word documents), something is seriously wrong.

Coustomer Service is Great. Way better then Twin Lakes. I live in Byrdstown. The reseption is bad. Alot of channels have poor quality and it's been that way for 30 years. I had Internet with Twin Lakes and they Lied about their Policy!!!! then accused me of lieing about what service I asked for!!!!!! I dropped them and I am much happier with Cable! OCC! The Net may not be as good and the cable is static. At least there is no annual contract that they will try and lie to make you sign it! They arent great....But they are better than the rest. I have 3 Mb and I watch Netflix without loading. Sometimes Amazon Prime will stop and load. I also play Battlefield, GT6, and have no problems. IDK what he is crying about.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they are awful to make a long story short i pay for 8mb or service. every night at 730 pm my internet drops down to one mb or worse. dial up would be better. I use my internet for my tv netflix hulu amazon prime i also play world of warcraft and use my xbox so when it does this it really sucks for me. I called them numerous times about it and the "customer service rep" aka the IDIOT there always says ill put a work order in and nothing is ever done about it! ive asked for a credit to my account or something and get told no! this is bull crap! again do not use this company they are terrible and i hope the owner or owners rot !

cinimax channel is supposed to be blocked, i have 2 kids and yet it still comes through even after i have called them about it. and the wait to get connected is 10 days or longer and they dont get in a hurry
