Terry, himself came to our house, he reviewed the multiple trees, gave us advice and made honest, intelligent suggestions as to the prognoses of diseased trees and suggestions for others. One year later, his diagnoses were all correct, and the tree trimming services have enhanced all of our trees. While he is based in Livermore, he had no problem servicing our home in Lafayette. His team that actually did the trimming work were professional and knew exactly what to do, based on Terry's feedback to them.

No complaints... truly. The came in with the right price quote that was reasonable and was a referral from a neighbor that used them recently. the arrived on time, helped with the neighbors portion of the tree, and got the job done right. They even cleaned up additional leaves that had built up from other trees in the area - not their mess. They are arborist not just labor, it is important to know what you are doing to not kill or harm the tree - Terry knows.
