Had just moved to Danville when a windy night snapped off a large branch of our old oak. Called a few companies who were too busy with the weather to respond. Trex called back straight away, came right over, studied the best way to extract the branch to preserve other limbs, old growth and maintain the shape. He scaled right up, handled the job and was wrapped up in about 20 minutes. He swept up and was driving off down the street. I had to catch him - he said it was just a quicky and was reluctant to charge me. He's a hardworking and straight talking young man, respectful like the good old days. I've had him out twice since, and he's always fair and does great work. He works alongside his crew -and it's nice to have the owner on the spot. Great company, you really can't go wrong with Buena Vista.
