I have never experienced such mis-management before. I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years and management just cannot keep quality employees. The turnover in faces is the worst I've ever seen! When they do get quality trainers or staff, management treats them so poorly they leave! So sad! They don't even bother to call you as the customer and let you know your trainer is no longer there and not to come in for your appointment on the day of your appointment! I have over 50 pre-paid sessions and they have no experienced trainers. If they cannot treat their staff well, then obviously, you as a customer means nothing more than another dollar in the door and they care nothing about you! So, YouFit?! I think not!
