Don't buy a home in an HOA controlled area and definitely avoid a HOA who uses this firm.



This firm uses unconstitutional tactics to get members to pay fees. They requested a warrant for the arrest of one member because she didn't pay the HOA fees and didn't ADEQUATELY; respond to their request for information.



Problem, She had no notice of the hearing. NO NOTICE AT ALL. And she responded to every request they had. She just had no money to pay. So, they get the warrant and then tell her that she'll be arrested if she doesn't provide information that they have no legal right to under federal Financial Privacy laws that have been enacted in recent years.



Problem, My case set the precedence that makes their actions a FELONY. Now, let’s see what the judge decides to do. Because I'm typing up the response for her. and I'm sending copies to Westword and Judicial Misconduct.



They will go to jail for threat to kidnap and extortion.
