This nursery is the best in the area! They have an outstanding selection, I walked around for ages just because the selection is so large. The staff is wonderful and I felt welcomed the moment I walked through the door. If you need anything garden related this is the only place to go. It is the best place to go, hands down.

I adore Wilmore! I've been coming for years and I've never come away disappointed! The plant selection and care is fantastic, the plants are always so healthy and green! They are very well organized, and even if you can't find anything the amazing employees will help you. They know a lot about all the plants, and they have this free service where you can bring in part of plant you think isn't doing well, and they'll tell you what is the most likely cause and how to fix it! They helped me save an Ash tree years ago. The employees besides being knowledgeable are super helpful and kind, and they have experts on all areas for plants! I would recommend this store to any one in the area or anyone who needs something hard to find!

Please do not pay anything extra when buying any plants at this nursery, The management does not honor the warranties that you pay extra for. I bought 2 trees and 2 shrubs there last summer and paid for them to install them. I paid for the extended warranty for 5 years, One of the trees died and they refuse to replace anything blaming it on first winter freeze and then trying to blame it on me for not watering it correctly when it was first planted. Buyer beware

They have everything! Their staff is great, and they;ve got the best looking plants in town and the best selection. Ask for Leah or Mary Jane if you're having problems with your lawn or plants

I've been going to this nursery for a few years, but my last visit (or lack of visit) was a bit disappointing. I wanted to stop by the store to pick up a bag of potting soil on my way home from work. I knew that they closed at 6 pm. I rolled into their drive way at 5:55 pm, but was suddenly stopped by their barricade/gate, which has a sign that they're "closed". It was even 6 pm yet and they were closed! I saw a guy walking away from the gate and he turned around and I yelled if they were closed and he said "yes". I was very irritated that they weren't open during their so called "business hours". I even looked at my cell phone to check what time it was and it read exactly 5:55 pm. Most people may not mind, but I've been trying to stop by there after work and this was my first time during the whole week that I was actually able to make it there before 6 pm, but unfortunately they couldn't even stay open for a measly 5 minutes!! The staff is always helpful. I've brought them questions about my lawn, veggi garden and houseplants. They are always able to answer them and help me with my problems. I love everyone there but my favorite is their resident Horticulturalist Leah.

I had shopped at Arapaho Acres for years but was never really impressed with their nursery stock and service. I decided to start shopping other garden centers and finally found my favorite. The staff is very knowledgable, their selection is great, and the staff is very friendly.

After 2 purchases during a fall 50% off sale where my coupon was not taken, I went to purchase again. Based on prior visits, I didn't even bother to take the coupon. The woman at the register demands my coupon and denies the sale price despite my explaining my prior experiences. She was very rude in her tone and loud. I told her I wouldn't return when she wanted me to go home and get the coupon. She loudly ranted she would fire any employee that gave the discount without the coupon. At that point, I decided to never go back. She should have honored the prior treatment, treated a customer kindly and kept a repeat customer. Instead, she completely thumbed her nose at basic customer service and lost a customer forever, as well as those in my sphere of influence. (Mind you, this is all after watching her be rude to the man in front of me there to buy compost and mulch when he had a couple of simple and quick questions about what to select. This is a great store with just about everything you could need for your yard. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this website has their information wrong. They are always open, especially on weekends. I was really surprised that dex got this information wrog. I guess dex doesn't know everything.These are their spring hours, they are open during the winter but the hours might change.HoursM-Sa 9am-6pmSunday 10am-5pmI would hate to see a great buisness like this lose business to a mis informed website.

I have an excellent experience everytime I visit. They carry just about any plant you can think of for inside or outside your home including xeric and native plants. They also have a very knowledgable staff that has helped me solve numerous problems with my lawn and gardens. They also have a lot of glazed pottery (that my wife loves) and a full service garden center with fertilizers and such so I don't have to make a stop anywhere else. My kids love it there because they did a free garden tour for their class. Anyway you see it you've got to stop in and check it out.
