Monty Nuss photography is advertising a Colorado Cuties contest in the ad it states complimentary photo shoot and free 5x7 for each entrant. When I called to make the appt. I was assured by the receptionist that it was complimentary. After the photo shoot the bait and switch began. I was then informed that in order to enter my children in the contest that I would need to purchase a minimum of a $149.00 photo package. last time I checked that is not free or complimentary. When I attempted to discuss the situation with the manager a Mrs. Nuss, she informed me that everyone knows that they are an expensive studio and what did I expect. I told her that I expected her to honor her advertisement at which point she told me the discussion was over and that I should leave. She was rude ,unapolagetic, and clearly not interested in doing the right thing. Parents beware.
