We had ongoing problems with our furnace. It was a newer furnace but would quit working several times per year. When Jason came to our house it was the first time he worked on it. He spent a lot of time and even called the support department to diagnose the issue. The furnace had been incorrectly installed and had crossed wires. His dedication to fixing the problem was impressive. Thank you so much Jason!!!

I began using JM Heating and Air about a year ago when my air conditioner conked out. They are AWESOME. Honest, On Time. Friendly, Competent, Good Pricing. Most recently 3-4-16 I woke up to find my water heater not working. I called them at 5:30 AM and left a message by 7 AM Jason called and tried to talk me through a "fix" for the pilot light that did not work. Within 2 hours Jason was at my home and fixed the problem. My furnace went out yesterday, because of my work schedule, it was difficult to get someone out here early. I called JM Heating and Air, left a voice message. Needing someone right away, I made a few other calls. The earliest, I could get someone here, without paying afterhours fee’s, was 9:30am. Jason returned my call and was able to come at 7am. He arrived on time (4-8-14). He is friendly and easy to talk. He assessed the problem right away, replaced the part, and was gone in less than 30 minutes. The total cost $185, I recommend this heating and air repair man because of his customer service and great pricing.

I was a little skeptical when I saw nothing but 5 star ratings for this company, but I decided to do business with them anyway. They were great! Their bid was 25% under the other bid I got for a new furnace and their service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to ayone looking for a heating/cooling company.

First researched this company online and with YP.com before calling. They have come to my house twice now, (once for my furnace and another for my hot water heater) and I'm more than happy with their service. If only more companies in this country operated like this, we'd all be better off for sure. Very honest, open and clearly communicated with me. Gave me a price estimate right off the bat and made me feel very comfortable using them. I even signed up on this site just to leave this remark. When I mentioned to a friend that I was thinking of having a new furnace installed, he recommended JM Heating and Air. Since its Better Business Bureau rating was "A", I called them for an estimate. He came out very promptly and explained the differences in the various types of units available in very understandable terms, including the quality levels of different brands of furnaces and their efficiency ratings. I chose top rated American Standard with a 95% efficiency rating to save on future heating bills. He wrote up an estimate, and suggested I call around to get other estimates before I made my decision. After doing so, his was definitely the lowest bid received, and he and his crew promptly came out and installed my new furnace. I was delighted with the way they kept right at it until it was done, cleared away all the remnants of the old unit, and explained how to change the filter, use the thermostat, etc. before they left. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

Had an emergency situation of our furnace motor overheating this morning. Got recommendation to Jason's JM Heating & Air from our neighbor. I called him and within hours he was on site and replaced burned out motor and we are good to go. Didn't lose any nights without use of furnace. I highly recommend Jason's work and professional demeanor. Thanks Jason!

I had an estimate for a very expensive repair to an a/c unit in my rental property. I called JM Heating and Air for a second opinion. Jason, the owner, came out the next day and took a look at my unit. The other company told me I needed several parts replaced. Jason said none of the parts needed replacing and I ended up saving $900 over the other company. He was very honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company!



Update July 2011 - At a new house I needed a/c unit installed. Jason came out on Tuesday for an estimate and was able to do the installation that Friday. Once again he was very friendly and professional. He did a great job communicating between the quote and day of the service. On the installation day he showed up right on time. When he was finished he taught my husband and I how to program our new thermostat, how our unit works, and preventative maintenance we could perform ourselves. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend using JM Heating and Air.

I needed to have my air conditioner repaired.

There was a label on the furance that had the phone number of an heating and airconditioning company

I called the company and had them give me an estimate.

I wanted to get another estimate just to see what the difference would be.

I got into yellow pages.com

I noticed JM Heating and Air had reviews that were all 5 star. I called to have him come to give me and estimate.

He arrived at the house on time, foundthe problem, and told me what it would cost. His estimate was quite abit lower than the other company.

I told him to go ahead and he went to work right away.

He replaced 5 ft of 3/4" tubing, insulated it and completely checked the system to see if there was anyother problems.

He will be replacing my furnace this fall.

I would highly recommend him If anyone ever asks me for somebody to repair their heating or air conditiong system

We have called on JM Heating and Air twice in the last year. The first time, we had already had someone out who told us we needed an entirely new furnace. We did not know what to do, because we did not have that kind of money at the time. Jason with JM Heating and Air came out for a second opinion and told us that we had a sensor out. In the end, the repairs were just over $100. He even asked if we wanted to pick up the part to save a little more money. When has that ever happened!? We were shocked.



We have used him again for an AC repair. And, once again, were worried how high the costs were going to be. After looking at the system, he replaced a few seals and all was good to go. We were told three years ago by another AC company that our entire system needed to be replaced.



With all the lying and deceipt in the world today, it is nice to know there are still business owners who understand the company's honest and integrity is what will keep the customers coming back and telling everyone they know how great they are. Because of the character of this company, I let everyone know on our neighborhood email list about them. Now, JM Heating and Air can count many of my neighbors as customers.



I also have a few friends who are real estate developers, and they have added JM Heating and Air to their "go-to" list. They tell me all the time how hard it is to find a company that is good at what they do and are also honest about it.



If we ever move, I am taking Jason and his staff with me. They are that valuable.

Too many times as a single woman we can get totally get burnt on the things we know nothing about... like furnaces. J & M heating and air was the BEST! Not only were they honest with me, but they also had the best prices out of everyone I called. They were available and the turnaround was really quick, I couldn't be happier with the service and knowledge, my furnace was up and running the very same day! They even told me some tricks on things to look at before calling for repair. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

I flip houses for a living and I've dealt with several contractors for HVAC work before. JM heating and air is BY FAR the best to deal with. The prices were fair and honest, Jason (the owner) actually KNEW what he was doing, and did top notch quality work. I'll be calling him every time I need work done without a doubt. 5 stars!
