Providing lending solutions for a variety of situations, including commercial hard money loans and fix and flip hard money loans with a core focus on commercial loans ranging from $50,000 to $2.5 million with a maximum LTV of 70%, short terms on the loans ranging between 1 month and 1 year, and rates starting at 7% with hard money loans ranging between 7% and 12%. Hard Money Mike lends money to all borrowers based on the property value and do not require a minimum FICO score. We generally do not pull a credit report and property appraisals are usually not required. We offer loans on most property types, including single family homes, multi-family, apartments, office units, retail units, storage facilities, and mixed-use buildings.
