Brian was polite, neat, thorough, and professional. His fee was reasonable, especially compared with others I have used in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my friends or call him again with another problem. A solid, good plumber.

I'm in the process of selling my house so I was very pleased with Brian's suggestion of how to strap my water heating piping. It looks much better than it did before and Brian fixed the gas leak! Brian was just an all around nice persom, service with a smile!

Used Brian in the past. However; recently, had a leak in my toilet guts and called Brian. Asked Brian to replace the guts and the shut off valve.- Brian replaced the shut off valve - GOOD JOB- Brian said that the flapper needs replaced (I know nothing about the guts (flapper, fill valve, floater, fill tube, overflow tube), I thought flapper means the guts.- We agree the quote for the leaking toilet and shut off valve.- When Brian is almost finished he tells me that the overflow tube needs replaces for an addition cost. WHAT your overpriced quote was for the flapper only and not all the guts. Heck, I can go to Ace Hardware for the whole kit for $25.After the final agreement, Brain charged me $200 for the shut off valve, flapper and some plastic tube. I want to pay a reasonable and fair cost, BUT $200. Next time I'll shop around.

Brian Davis has done work for me on several occasions. Most recently he installed a Water Cop, cleaned my lines, and replaced my garbage disposal. Brian researched products and explained the work to me. He also listened to my ideas and concerns. In the end the work was expertly completed to my satisfaction. Brian very punctual. He was careful to keep my home clean during the work and cleaned up everything when he was finished. I won't hesitate to used his services again if the need arises.
