Expercomp is the best laptop and PC Repair place imaginable. I had a Windows 8 machine, and found out that Windows 7 is much preferred. I got a great price, and fast / professional turn around. I can tell these are honest / hardworking guys that go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.

I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Expercomp is the best in town. I have taken my computer in to get repaired to 2 other shops. Expercomp is by far less expensive, and has quicker turn-around than the geeks, or other local shops. Mike was thorough and very helpful, and gave lots of free advice. I cannot recommend Expercomp enough. They are 50 feef from the intersection (SE CORNER) of Kipling and Bowles.

Best Computer Shop in town. Mike was very thorough in getting our computer repaired. We got our computer back in 2 days -- It was very fast when we got it back. I highly recommend these guys. They are a little hard to find -- they are only 40 feet from the actual SE intersection of Kipling and Bowles.

My experience with Expercomp was the worst, a total nightmare. This guy had my laptop for 60 days for a "free" diagnostic. He proceeded to order parts without my permission. after several calls, I finally raised my concerns with him. He advised that my laptop was taken apart and he was waiting on parts. I asked if I could pick it up and he advised against it since it was in pieces. After expressing my disappointment, he called me back and angrily told me to pick it up and hung up on me. I called him back and he hung up on me again. I picked up my laptop, it was covered in glue, sticky and dirty. I took it somewhere else and they said most of my screws were missing from the inside of the computer. I regret ever going here. I most likely will not be able to have this computer fixed at this point. He is lazy and unprofessional and I recommend you stay away!

Mike, and Colter fixed my Internet problems, then hooked up my wireless, and got my computers running faster than I thought possible.
