All they do is false advertising. Nursing staff are the worst. They don't work together they just blame each other for mistakes. They are very bad with the medications. Always reorder after they runout not before, especially since it takes so long to get the rx. I was visiting a family member and saw the nursing staff laughing at a patient because they were trying to go out side through a locked door. The management acting like they are concerned but they don't do anything. They say "Skilled Nursing"facility but just in it gor the money.
