Same as other reviews. Terrible billing practices. Don't ever go here. I was incorrectly charged at least 5 times for a monthly fee when I paid upfront for a year.



After that, I cancelled, and they kept billing me.

Don't provide them your credit card. If you feel you still might do business here, at least take all paperwork home before signing and read them thoroughly including all fine print. Don't succumb to their high pressure sales tactics and sign anything at the gym. Familiarize yourself with every detail in their contract before signing. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau, contacting attorney, media, consumer advocate. Something must be done about these predatory business practices. The rating of one star is one too many but I didn't have the option of zero stars. If a business has to resort to sleaziness to keep their business afloat, they are not worth doing any business with.

Please stay away from this place!!! This is a caution to you. They are cheap up front, but they make their money on the back end by not ending your monthly fee as they agreed they would. Then they will send it to a Twin Oaks service that will pressure you into paying for fees and charges that are not yours. I cancelled my service in July and they kept billing me. Luckily my credit card expired and would not let them keep charging me for services that I did not receive. Also stay away from the 1 hour free with a “personal trainer”. These people are highly trained and commissioned based, to get you to sign up. They use tactics just like those used for time shares and bad Harley dealers. They do not let up till you sign up for something. This is a new place in the area and I thought I would give them a chance. Please stay away. Also I am not hiding behind a screen name. My name is TJ Monday member account number 014462. We all need to band together and push out companies like this that their goal is to separate you out of your hard earned money. I will be contacting a lawyer soon if they continue.
