Quick response on providing a quote and great service during the installation. I would highly recommend Ace Radon.

I called and set up an appointment for 10:30 am. I took time off of work for this appointment. Left the house to go back to work at 1pm as these guys were a no call/no show. If you can't make it then call, it isn't hard.

Just adding our praise to this list. ACE was outstanding, from providing a thorough bid to an outstanding and professional installation.

We just purchased our home about 6 months ago and during the inspection process we found out it had very high levels of radon. Having a 1 year old we knew we should get it fixed and done right. So we got quotes from several companies and after doing extensive research we found that ACE Radon had the best reputation and was priced the same as the rest. So we hired them to do the work and boy are we happy that that we did. They were extremely friendly, conscientious and did an excellent job all around. And as it turns out, our house was a bit more complicated than the average one so they had to come back out to make some modifications to the system and it was all done at no additional cost to us because it was covered under their 25 year warranty, which is a lot longer than the rest of the quotes we received. Plus it+s fully transferable if you sell your home at no additional charge, which the competition charges a few hundred bucks for. Trust me, you can+t go wrong with ACE Radon.

Vic from Ace was here at our home today to perform the radon mitigation. I wanted to write this review to let people know how impressed we were with him.######Vic was right on time. He was polite, friendly and above all, extremely professional. He took the time to put covers on his shoes without me asking him to, he covered all of the hall and basement with drop cloths and went to great lengths to explain the procedures and his work to us. He let us know exactly what he was doing at all times, again without us asking him to, and was very efficient in his work. He finished on time and did not leave any mess, which is unusual for a lot of contractors.######When he completed the job he explained everything again, including the test we have to perform, and discussed the company's guarantee policy.######Ace should be very proud of Vic. He represents the company very well.######Throughout this entire process, we have been very impressed with everyone we have dealt with at ACE.

After getting many estimates for sub-membrane radon mitigation for my house in Denver, I chose Ace Radon. Both Jeff and Dawn are very knowledgeable. Jeff made a personal trip to my home to crawl under the house and give me an accurate estimate. All of the other companies that I called gave me a "guesstimate" over the phone. Those inflated "guesstimates" certainly did not instill confidence in either the technical expertise or business practices of the other radon mitigation companies! Ace explained both what they proposed to do and how they would do it. I am a techie/engineer type of customer and I demanded the job to be done both to national radon mitigation standards and my standards. Ace exceeded my expectations! Radon levels were reduced from 7.8 pCi/L to 0.6 pCi/L, using Ace's normal sub-membrane mitigation procedures. I would use them again and would certainly recommend them to others.

We are new to Colorado and Radon issues that exist here. Our new house tested high so we started looking...we found Ace Radon after quite a bit of research.
