Excellent service and high quality materials. Rich is honest and communicated with me through the entire process. He is professional and explained the process to me in detail. I had my siding repaired in 2006 by another company and had to have it done again in 2011 by 5280. The difference in quality was amazing! My house looks great and won't need to be replaced again in a few years. My roof is fantastic and while other neighbors had their new roofs blowing away in the wind, my stayed secure. Saved me some money on my homeowners insurance to boot. Rich is great and is the only company I would go with in the future.

I definitely recommend 5280 Roofing. These guys do a great job working with the customer, and doing everything possible to get the best roof for the best price. I have seen the quality of installation and materials on my and my neighbors' roofs. The person you deal with (Richard Sage), is the owner of the company, not some greedy salesman who wants to make a profit at your insurance company's expense. He is very sincere and outgoing, but also very busy and hardworking. Being the boss in charge of each project, maybe he won't return your phone calls immediately, but he will get back to you, and he will make sure your roof is perfect when it is done. Putting on a new (quality) roof is not something that happens in a couple days, and if it does, it's probably a cheap instal w cheap materials. 5280 is not some fly by night operation, they have been in Denver for many years, and have won many residential and business property contracts. I felt I could trust 5280 and Richard Sage before, during and after my roof install, and I know if there are ever probs, he will be over to fix asap.

Watchout for these clowns!!!!Their game plan is to provide inferior materials at your expense. Their customer service sucks and they won't return phone calls or respond to emails. My roof is not fnished and hasn't passed the final permit inspection with no response from this Contractor.
