Provided by YPmobileFor a full service travel agency I'd think they'd call or check with you if something major comes up with your trip... The airlines changed our itinerary multiple times, but never a follow up phone call or email to see if we knew our trip to St Maarten had changed. We ended up having to drive to Memphis to get back on schedule so I appreciated the 5+ hours of driving and $80 parking that morning...NOT! Won't use them again...especially since they've offered no apology or remuneration...
