ATM machine kept my debit card.Went to the window and told them what happened.The lady told me if it was a non U.S Bank card then yes it would keep it and shred it. She also said they are not allowed to give the debit card back.I then told her that it should have been something posted on the ATM letting me know not to use no other card and I would'nt have never used it. If nothing is posted how would you not know to use that particular card.The card I had was a Navy federal Check card.It gave my cash but kept the card.I am very upset with what happend.I do have an account with them but due to this I will be closing my account because that's very unprofessional to not give people a warning of what the ATM will do. It makes no sense to sit up everyday at U.S Bank just to see how many cards you can collect.
