Beware! Poor customer service and client retention decisions! They lost a pair of suit pants, initially agreed to replace the suit, and then went back on their word and offered me a paltry token $50 to replace my suit!
Go anywhere else in Little Rock, but not MAX CLEANERS!

Max lost the pants to my Ralph Lauren suit and will not make good on it. This has gone on for two months, I have had faith that they will do the right thing and replace the suit as they said they would. Now it is an offer of 50 dollars to reconcile. This insults me as I have spent over 1000 there and planned to continue to use them until this. They have mis-handled the entire situation from day one when they assured me that I would be reimbursed.
