I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!!!!!I dropped my vehicle off on 5/19/20 to get my transmission fixed. I have been calling everyday to see when it will be ready and I keep getting the run around. I went as far as to go by and the owner had literally taken my car apart. Today, (6/20/20) the owner calls and says the sensor is out. When i dropped my vehicle off my sensor was working fine. This is pathetic!!!! I will never do business here again

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! 8 weeks & literally 37 phone calls later to him & truck is still not done & now one of the windows is gone!! This man is a crook, thief, & criminal!! Google him & you will see how many times he’s been arrested for assault & pulling a gun on customers, multiple times! He was charged & convicted!!! His shop looks like a parts & salvage scrap yard and he is very unprofessional in every way!!!!!!

I've always used Glen Daniels nothing but friendly and his staff is also very friendly I highly satisfied

He was very nice and I am now driving my car thanks to him. I would go back and suggest others take their car to him.

Glen Daniels is the BEST!!! He repaired my 2005 Honda Pilot. His staff is very professional. They put my mind at ease. They towed my car to their shop and called me once they arrived.I called all of the transmission shops in Pulaski County and Glen Daniels provided the best price and service. I referred him to the Honda Dealership in Little Rock, AR.

To be short, they are very kind, personable, and cheap, but not very timely. They gave me an overnight deadline and I picked up the next day however it was still not fixed and I returned it a week later. They were true to their word about the warranty and did not charge me the second time, but it took an extra week and now, two months later I'm encountering the same issue. This may be a problem inherent in my vehicle, but for sure it's not fully fixed.
