This CVS (pharmacy) hasn't a clue about customer service!
No matter how long the line is, there is always only 1 cashier there. They don't even acknowledge you and when they are good and ready they will wait on you. There's usually around six people working there, but only one cashier. And if your script is not ready on time...you will wait on line all over again! I ordered a refill a few weeks ago, and they said it would be ready in an hour. I go there and they say it's not in stock. I said they told me it would be ready. They say the computer made a mistake and it may be in in a day or two. How about sorry we made you drive here 7 miles each way for nothing?? The staff here is very slow and poorly trained!
I transferred all my scripts to Walgreens in North Myrtle Beach They used to be like CVS, but fixed their issues and have all new pharmacy help and they are are always polite, understanding, professional, and efficient.

This is by far the worst CVS I've ever been to. The wait time at the pharmacy is extremely long because the staff is too busy goofing off. Traci and Dolores have snarky attitudes towards customers. I won't ever go back.
