First they didn't have the Xbox one keyboard I initially went in to buy then I waited in line to buy Star Wars magnets and didn't realize that there was another line forming elsewhere. So when we get to the counter the cashier was like "were you in line?" And wouldn't ring me up for my 1 tiny item.... customer service is important and this place just left a bad taste in my mouth. I went to Best Buy after.
