Even though you may be excited to buy a particular home, you must be realistic about its condition, especially those aspects that aren't immediately apparent to the average buyer. Accurate Inspections President Michael Del Greco approached this inspection with our best interests in mind. There was no question that WE were his customers. Although some issues in the home disappointed us, at least we are aware of the existing or potential problems. This is the second time we've hired Accurate Inspections, and we would certainly use the company again and highly recommend his service.

My family was about to buy a house and we wanted to know if there was anything wrong with it. Michael from Accurate Inspections did a wonderful job of inspecting the home. The biggest problem was a deck on the side of the house that was built improperly and would not be able to support more than a few people. From this and other observations we were able to get a good reduction in the price of the home. Michael is a very intelligent man who knows what he is doing and thanks to him we are now living in the home of our dreams.

We are first time homebuyers and Mike came highly recommended from our attorney. We were absolutely satisfied with Mike and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection. The inspector was very thorough and very personable. He took his time and did not rush. My brother in law suggested him and I am very happy he did. The inspection was conducted promptly and was very thorough and well documented.The inspector answered all our questions.In all, service was excellent and a good value.The inspection will be helpful for us in the future as we now have a current state log book to reference for on-going maintenance.

Very impressed with this local company. Appointment was made within 2 days. The inspector was very professional and thorough. Plus he had 2 back up specialty inspectors to make sure nothing was missed. Checked every crack and corner. The review was done on Sunday. Copies of the notes were given to us immediately and we had the final 200 page report ONLINE in 24 hours. Price beats out the competitors. Their great analysis saved us many unforeseen problems and repairs. WILL use them in the future.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Michael Del Greco during the inspection. He explained the issues in both layman's and technical terms. One of the most important qualities, I noted, was his honesty while walking us through the property. Michael also provided us with some useful advise regarding the overall condition of the home. Michael was a very thorough and professional home inspector. Being a first time home buyer, I was very nervous and lacked knowledge as to many of the inner workings of a house. Michael was patient and explained all of my questions. Highly recommend.

In the past I asked my real estate agent for home inspectors names. This time I asked my attorney who gave me Accurate Inspections, Inc name. Although I know I paid Accurate cost more than the company my real estate agent wanted me to use, however I got several times more information from Michael than all the other inspectors combined. He went out of his way to find problems and to make 100% I not only understood what was wrong, but why it was wrong and the implications of ignoring the problems.

Inspector was on time to inspection. He was thorough and knowledgeable during the inspection and gave us as much information as possible. He went above and beyond to ask the homeowner to move some things in order reveal other information to him.
