We purchased laminate flooring from this company that had a 15 year warranty. I asked about the warranty when I purchased. He received the dimensions from my contractor and what rooms the flooring would be placed. Shortly after getting the floor in, I noticed if a drop and I mean a drop of water was spilled and it didn't get wiped up immediately it would delaminate the flooring between the edges. I called and wanted the warranty to replace the issues. They refused to honor the warranty saying my stuff wasn't made for kitchen areas, and that we had set cabinets and a firplace hearth over it and the floor could not "move" and that is why it was delaminating. They also claimed my contractor didn't install it correctly. FInally, they claimed I cleaned it with the wrong product as they make a special product just for that floor. None of which was I told when we were picking it out. Nor was I told if his company didn't install the warranty would be void. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Another lady I met had the same problem with them! You definitely do not get what you pay for!
