Unprofessional and rude. Requested delivery 16 days in advance on a Friday. They contacted me the Wednesday before to say ask if they could deliver at 830 AM. Obviously I work and said this wasn't an option. On my requested date they decided to tell me they couldn't fulfill my request because they are "too busy". They left me with no time to find an alternative. They will offer you alternative times that do not work with your schedule and then tell you to find someone else because they tried.

Don't use if you want to get wood anytime this winter! They called me the day after I sent them a request but could not deliver until over a week later so I scheduled it. They cancelled due to weather which I understood but they never rescheduled like promised. I had to reach out to them again and it was going to be another week. DON'T USE



DO USE - I reached out to Lewisville Firewood delivery at 214-929-7510 and they brought it the next day!!!
