When I would go to my unit it was like being stopped by the SS in ww1. I would go there and I was constantly asked for proof that it was my unit!! You have to be kidding me. Even once I was IN my unit and they still asked for ID and had to call to the desk to check,... While I waited. These people have attitudes more like New Yorkers than Texans. They need to take that crap up north. Let a good business move in there.

This is a great place to lease a storage room. I have never had a problem and when I need help, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep everything very clean, which you will see if you just drive up and look. I am very happy to have a safe and secure place for my stuff!

By far the best prices in the area. Clean and well maintained and the actual owners live onsite. My wife felt very safe leaving her mother's things in storage at Little Elm Self Storage. Thank you.
