had my wedding dress altered at R Custom Bridal and came out perfect! She was great to work with and very reasonable price for the work that was done with my dress. I will definitely come back again!

This salon was recommended for my dress that I needed shortened and the neck line raised. Word to the wise, ask for a price estimate first. I paid $$$ which was the most I've ever spent and almost double what my dress cost. Then, I had to return for the first fitting to which she double booked a bride over my 4:00 appointment, she called as I was pulling into the drive to ask me to come back in an hour and a half and didn't give me a choice (my fitting took a total of 10 minutes) and when I arrived back at 5:30 she never once said sorry or thank you. When I picked up my dress I had no choice to have anything else done since the wedding is in 2 days. When I got home, I realized she didn't back stich any of her stitching, her bobbin tension was off which led to her thread skipping (luckily it's the back of the hem and not the top), the side sweep of the dress puckers out, and she never sewed on the snap she said she would. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

R Custom Bridal did an amazing job on two of my sports coats that i needed custom fit. The jackets are now truly one of a kind. I would recommend them for any alterations you need!
