Very empathetic staff. In tune with the individual needs of the patient. Unlike the other places I called, they weren't concerned with the money first, but truly concerned with helping. They all went out of their way to take the time to listen and did not rush through my appointment. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had and how truly hopeful I am that the treatment provided will work. They certainly know their stuff!

Our family has gone to Kissel Village Eye Care for about 7 or 8 years now. We've always been very happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Collins and her staff. All three of my children are in glasses or contacts and they love going to the eye doctor. There are many other, closer optometrists in the area who now accept our insurance, but we drive a little further because we trust Dr. Collins to provide the best care.

Dr. Collins and her staff are so great. I was having trouble with headaches and she went over all the things that could be a problem. My family doctor never spent that much time explaining everything. I picked up my glasses the other day and I see great! I will recommend them to everyone.

I went here for glasses and contacts. My prescription for glasses was fine, but such was not the case for contacts. I was given a sample pair, and they inflammed my eye. I went back and found out that she measured my eye wrong and it was irritated due to it being the wrong size. She tried two more times and they were still the wrong size. I have been a contact wearer for ten years, always the same brand, and have never had a problem until I went to Kissel Village Eye Care. I do not appreciate a hit and miss methodology when it comes to my eyes! I ended up going to a different doctor to get contacts because she could not get my fitting correct. I will never go back.
