Called this company for a NYE move for a 4 bedroom move. The workers arrived 12:00 Noon to do my move. I had already moved my art work over so it was only boxes and my furniture. A 16.9 mile move took 13 hrs. $135 PER HOUR. 2 skinny men were sent. When they arrived they stated they were hungry and had not had lunch. I wanted to be done & settled by NYE because in my culture w have our houses perfectly clean on New Years. They said the truck battery died on the Uhaul truck. They had to call a homie who knew how to remove the cover. I had guest & FAMILY arriving for the Ball drop while people were moving my things at midnight. One of the movers friends who came back to help began to shoot pool with my family member. The owner got a plate and began eating the buffet. After 3pm when my guest were preparing to leave, the owner "Ejizzle" asked me if I were a senior citizen. He had already insulted me by hanging around my home for hours, asking me who picked the horrible paint color for my bar & theater room. I had finally had enough. I demanded they finish the move & get out of my home. The said they had everything inside but wanted to return at 9am to finish setting up. I insisted they finish. The owner was very hostile and as a single woman I was totally fearful of now 4 men in my home with me, my 25 yr old daughter, her boyfriend & two grandchildren. He insist on getting paid now even though I cannot find half my stuff. Absolutely the worst company you can ever choose. They left my big tv's at my other house with the backdoor wide open (thank God I owned the house) my two large tv's were left on the wall probally for his helper to return and take. I ended up filling my Qx56 Large SUV w my remaining items and cancelling my payment to the mover's. My adjustable bed is still disassembled because I need someone who knows how to put it together. I paid a handyman to put the other furniture & assemble the other beds. Absoloutely the worst experience! TWO WRONG MEN!
