I used this company once before and they were great. Answered the phone first call. Was very friendly on the phone, came out to my house within a couple days.
The Repairman arrived, nice clean vehicle, he was very, neat company uniform,very polite, listened as I told him the problem. Went over everything in reference to the repair quoted me a price, very fair and he went right to work.Got my mower repaired I mean everything was very smooth, great job ,great experience. NOW this year for the past two weeks I have called several times.... left messages........ Nothing......as of this review I have not received one call back ,nothing. I left messages according to their request ,name,phone number, repair needed, etc ,their recording. I don't understand the no response ..... And they were sooo great, I really wanted them to do the repair But not now even if they are this busy somebody needs to check their voice mails, If they are over booked with jobs they need to update the recording to let others callers know this.
Sorry to see this happen, they were great at what they do.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This company is a major rip off. The owner came to our home to fix the riding mower and when my husband attempted to cut the grass, the belt fell off. We then attempted to contact them about the issue, the secretary was already on defense mode without hearing the full issue first hand. A few days later, the owner came back out to look at the issue, instead of admitting that that he incorrectly put the belt on wrong the first time, he proceed to make it seem like a even bigger problem and charged more money. NEVER AGAIN.



Note: And the technician didn't even come on time.

I called Mowers Plus to repair my riding mower. They came to my home which was great because I had no way of getting my mower in to a shop. The technician came on time, was courteous & knowledgeable. He was very experienced and after he repaired my lawn mower, it was as good as new. The prices were reasonable for this excellent service. I will refer them to my friends & family.
