My daughter and son-in-law purchased a year's worth of monthly cleaning through Groupon as a gift for us. Our first appointment was in January and they did not show. I called and re-scheduled another appointment. Again, no show. This time when I called, an answering machine said they no longer honored Groupon deals. I continued to call, leaving my phone # for a response. Finally, a woman answered the phone and said to ignore the recorded message and we scheduled a January cleaning. Their work was satisfactory. I scheduled 3 February appointments, again because of no-shows. We had no cleaning in February but the woman promised to add an additional month at the end of the year. There were 2 more no-shows in March, the woman told me the boss was having kidney surgery, which was causing them schedule problems, but we did finally get a cleaning. April was another month of 3 appointment times and 3 more no-shows. She promised to add 2 months to the end of the year.Each time the woman said the boss was in the hospital for kidney surgery. When I found that hard to believe, she stayed with her story. I called in May to make an appointment. Another no-show. Additional attempts to reach them resulted in recordings, until a final call resulted in the woman hanging up on me. Additionally, there were times when I made calls to them in the morning when it sounded as though I had gotten the woman out of bed. We also noticed the sign-off sheet requested that we tip the cleaners. And they never stayed the entire 3 hours we were entitled to. A schlock outfit indeed.

Horrible...horrible... Horrible... Don't even think of falling for their 2 hour cleaning... Within 1.5 hours they said they were done.. They have not done stairs, microware, stove top, refrigerator. Later I realized they did not even clean the inside of the showers. Sink still had garbage after they cleaned.... The workers are super lazy... They spent most of the time talking to each other... Save yourself some money.... Seriously they are not even worth getting free.....

I hired “King’s & Queen’s Cleaning Service” to clean a house we were moving out of. They advertised a “3 Hour Deep Cleaning” (their words) for $139. It was easily the worst service experience I’ve ever had.



There’s at least a dozen issues I was going to ignore (arrival time, appearance, spending the first half hour on her cell phone, inappropriate personal conversations in front of my daughter, etc.), all of which were nothing in comparison to the (literal) screaming match that ensued in the between myself and the owner (or, I should say, him yelling at me while I tried to talk with him like an adult).



***THE PROBLEM***

After 1 hour and 50 minutes, they claimed they were finished. Alright, fair enough. On the back of their van, they have a great big advertisement that cites “2-HOUR CLEANING $89.00”. I ask since they spent less than 2 hours on the house, if that was the price. The owner (rudely) cited that wasn’t the deal we discussed over the phone, “it was $139 for the 3 hour deep clean” (his words). Fair enough, except the house was *FAR* from “deep cleaned”. I could still see loose dirt on every floor, and definitely no actual scrubbing being done. I tell him, “I don’t have any problem honoring the deal we agreed upon, but the deal cited a 3 hour deep cleaning.”



Before I could get out another word, the guy lost it in my drive way. He started yelling, saying I was “disrespecting” him. How dare I suggest it isn’t clean, interrupting every attempt I make at explaining my issue.



…and here was the best part…



His final argument was that, “You never told me you had a dog. There’s dog hair all over the place. You don’t expect met to get up all of that dog hair. I was being nice and doing it anyway.” Uhm. Yes, yes actually that’s EXACTLY what I expected from someone advertising a “deep clean” for 3 hours (especially after claiming “done” after less than 2). When I suggested to him that if dogs were an issue or changed the deal in some way, he should ask that beforehand, mention it in the ad, *OR* say something before beginning the job. He did none of these, yet still held me responsible for it.



Finally, raving like a complete jerk (in front of my daughter), he goes back inside for another 20 minutes (and does SOMETHING, because it certainly wasn’t finish the job), ranting loudly the entire time (insulting me repeatedly) before going back outside, getting in his car, and having his ‘helper’ take my money.



This was the single most unprofessional service I’ve ever received in my years on this planet. What could have been *EASILY* resolved turned in to a yelling match in front of the entire neighborhood because this guy did not want to honor the deal HE offered.



Their advertisements say, “The difference between this company and others is that we believe in 100% customer satisfaction!!“ yet the second you suggest you are even 1% dissatisfied, absolutely all semblance of professionalism will fly out the window. Buyer beware…

WORST PLACE EVER!! I bought a Groupon for a year's worth of cleaning from them. The day they are supposed to show up to clean, I call them because they are late. The EXTREMELY rude girl on the phone tells me they are no longer working with Groupon. Did you ever think of notifying me?!?! Then she starts yelling at me about MY attitude! Ever heard of the customer is always right?!!? I was willing to hire them directly without Groupon, but not once I heard her attitude! She was so rude! And kept interrupting me saying "Let me speak!" NOOO! Not when you are rude and interrupting the customer. So disappointed!
