Very good doctor and I've felt like a new person since I've started seeing Dr. Warner about 2 years ago. Really down to earth, explains everything and no issues I've had.

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Warner at this location. I saw him before over in Villa Rica now that I moved to this area. I had suffered for years and years from severe panic attacks and depression. By the 3rd appointment I was feeling much better. Dr. Warner took his time in a pile of medications I had been prescribed and figured out which ones to pull and which to increase. And he added one medication. He dialed my medications up perfectly. He's always a pleasure to see and he's a very busy doctor and sitting in the lobby chatting it seems his patients really love him. I'm thankful that I'm his patient.

Hated the whole experience. I was rushed through my appointment. They barely listened. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. Staff places you on hold and never returns then they won't answer the phone when you call back. They failed to give me an appointment card and never gave me a courtesy call to tell me my appointment was approaching. After I tried repeatedly to call to find out the time, I finally found someone who would bother to find out the time only to be told I missed an appointment. Then I was told not only were they going to charge me for it but they would not scheduled me another appointment unless I paid. I have never missed an appointment with any doctor and on the rare times I had to change one I have canceled it on time. The staff talks about the patients and doctors badly where the patients can hear . I was made to feel uncomfortable. The office manager does not return calls. When you do reach the manger she is very rude, They do not take your grievances seriously. They would not talk to my proxy saying they didn't have written permission even though I signed a paper giving permission for both my family members to talk with them. I believe that she was lying or they were so unprofessional they lost my paperwork. Not only have I have suffered from being unmedicated for over a month but I have put a great deal of stress on my family. The whole situation has caused me great mental anguish.
