Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dental office. They pulled my front teeth and did not have denture partial ready, even after on my initial visit which was four days prior when they tried to extract my teeth and I wouldn't let them. I explained to them that I will not let the extract my teeth until they had the partial ready because I could not miss any time from work. So the doctor told me ok and that they would take some impressions on my teeth and that they would have the denture partial ready when I came back on that Monday which was 4 days later. He told me that they had there own machine for making denture partials so it wouldn't be a problem having it ready because they don't have to send anything out. He said that I would have to pay for the denture that day so they could get it done and they would extract the 2 teeth when I came back in on that Monday I agreed. With my insurance I had to pay $337.00 out of pocket. I come back 4 days later on Monday and the first thing I ask is do you guys have my denture ready and the doctor says yes were good to go. They extract my two front teeth and then I'm waiting in the room for what seem like 45 minutes. Then the girl at the front desk comes in and says that they are putting the final touches on my denture partial and is it possible for me to come back in 2 hours and it will be ready. Long story short, exactly what I didn't want to happen had happened, they pulled my front teeth without having the denture partial ready. I came back 2 hours later only to be told that they didn't like the way the denture came out looking so they wouldn't have it ready till Wednesday. There's no way that I was going to believe that I said why would u pull my teeth knowing you didn't have the denture ready. She apologized and they tried to give me a $75 gift card to use at there dentist office as if I would ever do any business with this place again. I went back 2 days later to get my denture and it did not fit, it took about two hours of adjusting just to get it to fit. They put a liner on the denture to make it fit which with every passing day breaks off piece by piece. I lost $337 dollars on a partial that doesn't fit, not to mention what my insurance paid. All from a place that says they have there own machine for dentures. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
