Our power steering pump went bad on our car so we brought our car here to get it fixed.We had used Diehl Auto for small repairs in the past, and they did a nice job.The power steering pump issue could never seem to get resolved. We had the power steering pump replaced 3 times and the power steering rack replaced once or twice. The third time it went bad we were 2 hours away and had to have it towed 45 mins to the nearest AC Delco shop. Diehl Auto reimbursed me for the tow, and only charged me one time for the pump/rack. However, the whole process was very frustrating. To add insult to injury it has been 2 years since and the rack is already leaking and needs replaced again. They would only warranty the parts for 1 year. I have it in a big name shop right now that is saying there will be a lifetime warranty if they replace the rack. I keep hearing that AC Delco parts are quality, but after 3 pumps and two racks... either the parts aren't as good as they are talking them up to be or the fault is in the mechanic(s).I'm not suggesting to avoid this shop, but with my experience I cannot recommend anyone go there if they have a serious car problem. Again, they were very polite and easy to work with, but after 2.5 years we are still having the same issue. Strike three.

I've been going to these guys as long as I've lived in the area. They've serviced both older and news cars and do equally great work. What I especially love about them is they tell you exactly what needs to be done - there's no bait and switch, no hidden costs, no extra repairs tacked on to the end. They're fair, they're honest, and that's incredibly hard to find. I've gone to the chains and even other locals places, but NO ONE beats these guys at Diehl Auto. They get it done right the first time!

I am a woman and know nothing about cars, but I feel very comfortable taking my car to Diehl. They explain everything to me in detail and even try to make me understand the necessary repairs. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. They drop me off and pick me up at the train station. I thank them everytime my car starts during the winter as it is left outside.Several years ago someone tried selling me 4 new tires. I had Dick Bert check it out and I did not need tires. Just an inexpensive alignment.
