My wife and I have been using Bubbles Window Washing for years and they have been nothing but professional. We recently had service performed on 5/31/2014 and Fernando, the technician, explained everything and was courteous, polite and poised. We will use them again for sure and I recommend them to friends and family.

I've used Bubbles Window Washing for years and am 100% satisfied. They are always on time and do a fantastic job....and the price is really reasonable.This year I also had them wash home's exterior lights and they look better than new. Bubbles Window Washing is the best!

10/2011 - Scheduled the appointment for Bubbles to come out and clean our gutters on the house, was late by an hour, the guy hurried up to clean the gutters only removing the leaving and he through some water in the gutter and said that he flushed the gutters. When I went up on the ladder to check the gutters and put on new gutter covers there were still a lot of dirt, debris and one clogged downspout that he didn't clean but charge me for cleaning. When I called Bubbles, they stated that they only remove the leaves and flush the gutters they don't remove and dirt or use a brush on the gutters, that would be hand washing and they don't do that. The Customer Service Rep was really rude when I called to complained that the gutters were not cleaned properly, I would not use Bubbles again, bad service.

I live on a wooded lot so my gutters are a constant chore. I called to have my gutters cleaned and scheduled an appointment for the next day, however recevied a call a short time later a crew could complete the job that day!



The crew arrived a short time later, as promised, swept out all of the gutters and flushed all the downspouts.



Bubbles did a great job and I will defintely be using them again.

The Bubbles technician was prompt and thorough in his work to clean our windows, screens, and powerwash the outer walls. The price was reasonable, and we would definitely recommend this company.

Bubbles did a great job on cleaning our gutters. The staff was very courteous, timely and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I have beening looking for someone to clean my gutters for about a year when I recieved a coupon in the mail from Bubbles and I called they came right out and their guys did a great job, I will definately use them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent service and professional workers. Ours is an old house and there are over 20 windows. The job was to wash the inside, outside of both windows and storms, and wash the screens. It was done by one person and in a relatively short time. We will definitely call again!

I had a great experience with Bubbles Window Washing. The technician was prompt, and very very tidy. When I called they came out the same day. The staff on the phone was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely be using them again.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday between 8-12PM. I was informed that someone would call approximately 1/2 hour prior to the crew's arrival. 12PM came and went, no call, no show and no return calls to the messages I left inquiring about my appointment. Horrible customer service and poor way to run a company. I would never recommend this company.

These guys were awesome. They had room in their schedule to come out on the day I called them (a Saturday) and unclog our gutters. They arrived when they said they would and were polite, fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I will use these guys again.

My mom has used this place and recommended it to me. Well, my experience was not so pleasant. I was quoted $110 and after they finished they told me I owed $150 because I had extra windows. That would not have been a problem I was told this prior to them completing the job. On my sheet it stated quoted $110 and he crossed it out at wrote $150 so he knew the price was different. The job was also done very poorly and I refused to pay him and called the company. They were great, they told me they would charge me the $110 and would send someone out the rewash the windows. I then asked them if I could pay by credit card over the phone so there is no price confusion next time and I did. A few days later I recieved a call stating that I owed $150 and I explained to her what happened and that I paid the $110 over the phone and she told me she would remove the charge after she looked into it and call me back. I never did recieve a call back, but what I did recieve was a $110 and a $150 charge on my next statement!! They charged my card without my permission! I have since made six phone calls and when I tell them what happend they say they will look into it and call me back and I never her back! This has been going on for 2 months and I have yet to get a refund!! I called yesterday morning (my seventh call) and asked for a manager. I was told that they are all in a meeting and I will get a call back within an hour. That was almost 24 hours ago and counting.
