Our latest appointment was just like all of the others= fast friendly and competent service to our chimney and fireplace. I would highly recommend Chelsea Chimney Co.

We had an appointment to get our chimney cleaned. They didn't show and didn't call to cancel. We called them, left messages and still no contact. If you want the work done, call someone else.

We are still waiting for this organization to return our 1/3 down payment that was paid on 10/2/08 for a chimney repair. They have cancelled the job 4 times and now we are asking for the 1/3 down payment to be returned because we do not trust them to do the job. The owner has promised to send us the money. In the meantime, my mother, who paid them for the repair has died. I do not recommend this company. To date of this review 1/12/09 we have not received the check for $592.00!!!
