We were assigned to this company through home warranty when our AC stopped blowing cold air and the air handler in basement was shaking our floor. Last Friday, they came out and said there was a frion leak, pached the leak put in frion and left. Two days later the air handler wouldn't turn on. I contact the Buckeye they refused to come out. They are on hold for calls from my warranty company. However this is an old call Has not FINISHED! I fix companies' scientific instruments. The RiIGHT ETHICS: You touched the machine a two days agao and it broke again, You own it. The call will be bumped up to first order because you didn't fix it right the first time. However, NOT THEM! told them we have a few days old infant at home. They don't care. They just hung up on me. I told the warranty company about their rudeness. The agent contacted them and they are rude to the agent too. THEY CAN NOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT! Anf THEY ARE RUDE. Well, what do you expect when THEY HAVE THE WRONG WORK ETHICS.
