I am very impressed about the service I had while I walked in the doors, my one year old was into everything the receptionist helped me and showed me around while I waited for Joe Bye, she helped me wash my sons hands and she asked me if I would like a water!! I felt very comfortable and Joe Bye is someone who went above and beyond his help to help us pick what we wanted in our new house!! He showed up 10 minutes before our appointment at our new house to give us our estimate!! I would highly recommend everyone to go here!! I am very impressed!! I had called around to just get a quote to a few other places a few years ago and Joe has a customer for life!! We need our basement carpeted at a later time and we will be back!! Thanks Joe!!

Great experience with Wholesale Flooring! Just had new carpet installed and I couldn't be happier. My salesperson Chris made the whole process stress free and after visiting the showroom and narrowing my choices down he brought the samples with him when he measured my home so I could match to my paint and furniture. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for flooring.

I will never do business with this company again. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have owed me money for 4 months and they are claiming that they can't get it to me because they have to wait for the Tile Distributor to give it to them first. If that's the case, why is the customer the one that has to suffer? Absolutely horrible. I've also called them SEVERAL times to have them come out and fix two mess ups that they made and it has been 3 months since they were notified of this. Don not do business with Wholesale Flooring. They will rip you off and then avoid you at all costs!
